DR. ERIN GILBERT MD, PHD, FAAD
Dr. Erin Gilbert is an internationally recognized board-certified dermatologist. She is the founder and director of Gilbert Dermatology in New York City. Her clientele includes A-list models, actors and fashion industry insiders.
Her extensive on-camera experience includes multiple appearances on The Dr. Oz Show, NBC and ABC News, and serving as brand ambassador for Roc Skincare and a consultant to L’Oreal (Vichy USA). She has been quoted in The New York Times, Vogue, Elle, Allure, Shape, Prevention, O Magazine, Real Simple, Charlotte’s Book, and Dr. Oz The Good Life. Her scientific research has been published in multiple medical journals.
She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Barnard College.
She holds a combined MD-PhD degree from SUNY Downstate where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. She performed her internship at NYU Medical Center and her Dermatology residency as Chief Resident at SUNY Downstate.
She is President-Elect of The Women’s Dermatologic Society, and a member of The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology and The New York Stem Cell Foundation.
